Our guarantee
Every Toolis Pro payment comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 15 calendar days of the charge and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give us a reason.
What is covered
The guarantee covers monthly, annual, and lifetime Pro purchases, including subscription renewal charges. The 15-day period starts on the date shown on your payment receipt.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your Toolis account. Include your Lemon Squeezy order number so we can locate the payment. This is only to verify the purchase—we will not ask why you want a refund.
After your refund
The refund is returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider. Refunding a subscription payment also cancels the subscription by default to prevent another renewal, and your Pro access will end.
Requests after 15 days
Refunds requested after the 15-day period are not guaranteed, but you can still contact us if something went wrong. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply under your local law.
